We are a small family run business based in Cheshire that specialises in the design, manufacture and building of oak framed structures. From oak porches to oak garden rooms we have got it covered. handmade OAK FRAMES
We employ the traditional methods of timber framing. Everything is bespoke, handmade and tailored to your requirements in our workshop in Cheshire. With a nod to the past a lot of work is done with chisels and a wooden mallet, however we also use more modern tools such as chainsaws and circular saws. Whilst we would love to only use hand power, it simply would not be feasible for us, as time is crucial factor, one doesn't wish to wait months on end for an oak framed garage!
Our Oak is carefully sourced by us to ensure sustainability and quality. We hand plane and check through the timber to ensure the best quality reaches you.

Cost
Timber framed buildings are not as expensive as one might think. Taking into account material costs and labour time they can often compare favourably to a brick construction but add a lot more character to your property. At least we think anyway!
